There are numerous Women in Business mentoring programs all over the nation and they are churning out corporate leaders and entrepreneurs annually who are better guided and doing well.
We also have women in politics mentoring interventions that has been slowly gaining traction over the past few years.
But the civil and public service seems to be a different ball game altogether.
Where are those that will guide as it is? That can explain the rudiments of the civil service – the good the bad and the ugly – in a way that is tangible and real.
The type that is not sugarcoated but the real deal, so that we help women coming from behind.
We don’t need general knowledge alone but the internal intrigues that will guide more women who come into public service.
It will help women to be guided accordingly.
