PENALTY FOR COOKING WITH FIREWOOD

In the FCT, it is an offence for a person to use firewood to cook within his/her premises in a manner calculated to constitute nuisance within the surrounding of his/her premises.

PENALTY
Three (3) months imprisonment or N500 fine or both.
