I have taken time to go through Ifunanya’s numerous social media accounts, I am unable to see anything suggesting that she embezzled a client’s money or she offered bribe to any Judge. I also dug deeper to ascertain if she does over-invoicing or kickback deals with government officials or company secretaries in her capacity as a legal practitioner.
I have enquired into her personal life by perusing her profile with the aim of finding out if she is a bully in any law firm or sleeps with a Junior in her law firm yet I didn’t see. I have also enquired from some that know her to confirm if she runs a law firm where she pays peanut to Junior lawyers.
Nothing in her profile suggests that she has been involved in fraudulently obtaining the title of SAN or in advising a client to disobey court orders. To the best of my knowledge, she has not been involved in filing frivolous appeals or filed a case in court that amounts to an abuse of court process.
I can also confirm that none of her pictures ( the ones I have seen)exposed the subject matter of her feminity.
Ultimately, there is nothing showing that she is in actual law practice to be bound by the RPC.
She has not been involved in any form of brief snatching.
The absence of all these keeps me at a loss as to how she would have acted in any way that brings the profession to disrepute. Perhaps I have a poor understanding of her activities.
All these mentioned above are the diseases in the legal profession which the NBA should be bothered about not the activities of a poor girl trying to survive outside a profession that probably failed her.
