Missing Employees Procedures In Nigeria

#OBSCURELEGALFACTS BY AROME ABU

In Nigeria, an employer whose employee goes missing must within 24 hours notify the Police disclosing:

(1) the identity of the missing person;
(2) circumstance in which he/she got missing.

See Section 90(1) of the Police Act.
