It has been said that “focusing on your health and wellness is the best investment you can ever make.” In agreement with that axiom, Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Abuja (Unity Bar) Afam O. Okeke led lawyers on Saturday 27th May 2023, to participate in the Aerobic session organised by the Management of Jabi Lake Mall (JLM) to mark the end of JLM Health Week.
It was a fun-filled exercise. Participants were happy and thanked Mr. Okeke for providing such an opportunity for Abuja Lawyers.
Afam Okeke in his remark expressed appreciation to the management of JLM for partnering with the branch and noted that it afforded lawyers the opportunity to exercise and unwind. He noted that Health is the first wealth and that lawyers need regular exercise in order to serve their clients and society better.
He assured members of more of such beneficial partnerships as the total well-being of lawyers is paramount to him and his Exco members
