A sex therapist Aminat Ayeni Onisiwo, better known as Aminat Secrets, has announced her appointment by Barau Jibrin, the Deputy Senate President, as his Senior Legislative Aide”.
The in-coming Legislative Aide, who sells kayanmata’ on Instagram, shared a flier of her siblings congratulating her with respect to the appointment on Friday.
Although the appointment was not publicised by the office of the deputy senate president, Aminat’s siblings wished her “success in your new endeavors”.
“Congratulations Princess Aminat E. Ayeni Onisiwo on your appointment as the senior legislative aide to the deputy senate president of Nigeria. We wish you success in your new endeavors,” the e-flier reads.
Kayanmata’ are aphrodisiacs made from herbs or essentially potions used by women in different forms as sexual pleasure, enhancers, or aphrodisiacs in northern Nigeria.
They were originally used by married women to spice up sexual relations but have, over time, been peddled online as voodoo-like herbs for ladies looking to attract the attention of rich men.
In 2021, the sexual enhancement vendor said her business “focuses on improving sex life, increasing sexual desire for men and women, vagina tightness, vaginal lubrication and sex sweeteners.”
Aminat said her services are “not fetish” but offer ways of “keeping a man”.
